Transfer to Post 1302
If you have not renewed your membership for 2015, transfer first, then renew into our Post. A portion of your dues will go to the Post, supporting local programs. Our dues are only $40. Department of New York is already $40 to renew this year. Why pay more to be in a state holding Post?
If you have already paid for 2015 choose your method below. We are trying to make it as easy as possible to transfer.
To Transfer
We only need your current Legion card information and your consent to transfer. You can call or e-mail that information to the contacts below. We will verify your DD-214 on your first visit to the Post. You can also visit the Post on Monday evenings after 6pm and Saturday mornings from 9-11am and a Membership committee member will be available.
Once your transfer is completed you will pay your dues if necessary to Post 1302. We will notify you that it is complete and you can then renew online or directly to the Post. To transfer or get more info contact the Post at 471-4641 or e-mail membership@arlingtonpost1302.org.
